Terms of Service

These terms govern access to PPWND. By using PPWND, you agree to use the service only for websites, accounts, data and third-party services you are authorized to manage.

Authorized use

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the permissions you grant, and reviewing automated or prepared actions before they are executed when approval is required.

Third-party services

Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Semrush, WordPress, Stripe and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms, APIs, permissions and availability. PPWND cannot guarantee third-party approval or uninterrupted provider access.

Growth estimates

Traffic, conversion, revenue and opportunity estimates are forecasts, not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on market conditions, website quality, pricing, capacity, competition, customer behavior and other factors.

Acceptable use

You may not use PPWND for unlawful activity, deceptive advertising, spam, unauthorized account access, fake reviews, intellectual-property infringement or circumvention of third-party platform rules.
